I am a head coach and high performance director specializing in high-performance systems in elite Olympic shooting.
My work goes beyond the scope of daily training; I build complete structures that include technical and diagnostic systems, competition preparation models, coach education programs and sustainable development pathways for athletes.
My focus is on absolute precision, making key decisions under extreme pressure, and creating an environment in which athletes and coaches can consistently perform at their peak.
